           Ms/Hs Spanish 

 My name is Karen Stein, and this is my second year at Geary Public Schools. I teach Middle School and High School Spanish.

I have a Bachelor's in Education with a minor in Foreign Languages Spanish, German and Linguistics. I am also certified to teach Pre-3rd grade, and English as a Second language from Pre-k to 12th grade. 

   I am originally from Peru, and my Bachelor' s degree is from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo in Peru. I also have an Associate in Arts from Redlands Community College.  

I have 12 years of experience teaching Spanish at all levels, including Adult Education at a Career Tech for nine years. I taught Pre-k for 4 years at a Christian school. 

I love being a teacher and sharing my culture with everyone. I love to see my students grow personally and academically and i encourage each one of them daily to give the best in them.
