Hello my name is Kirk Wilson, I am the Athletic Director, Middle School and High School Principal at Geary Public Schools. 2023-24 is my first year here, I have been in education in Oklahoma for over 35 years and have held an array of positions during that time. I have served as a classroom teacher, coach, athletic director, principal, and superintendent during my educational career. It is my privilege to serve the Geary Public Schools and be part of this fantastic school system and community. My wife Amber and I reside in Binger, Oklahoma on a cattle ranch and have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Amber is the superintendent at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, Oklahoma and is a career educator herself. Teaching and serving others has been at the core of our adult lives. It is my goal to help continue the Great Tradition of The Geary Bison. Our Leadership Team, Teachers, and Support Staff are second to none in their Dedication, Commitment, and Perseverance to make Geary the BEST WE CAN BE! Hard Work, Loyalty, Respect, and Love are the foundations and the building blocks of what we do every single day at Geary Public Schools. I am EXCITED to be part of the process that is transpiring in Geary, Oklahoma. It is EXCITING for me to come to work everyday and make a positive difference in the lives of the students that I have the Honor to be around on a daily basis. I look forward to making many new connections and friendships in this community. I look forward to helping solve issues when they arise. I look forward to the successes that are on the horizon for our students as they strive to attain their Dreams. I look forward to being a part of "THE THUNDERING HERD!"
